Located in the center of the hall, the NBA booth covered an area of 800 square meters and was the largest exhibition booth in the sports sector of the CIIE 2021. The whole NBA’s exhibition area offered a variety of interactive games and unique booth activities that have attracted many exhibition visitors during the show.
This year was the second time for the NBA to participate at the CIIE show. Compared with the last year, the 2021 NBA booth has been further upgraded, putting even more content on display for the visitors to observe and try out for themselves through a real on-site basketball court. The NBA’s exhibition space itself was made of several sections, each displaying their own themes. Besides the live basketball court, visitors could immerse themselves into short videos portraying NBA League’s 75 years of history. The showcases further introduced NBA’s business development in China, its charity actions, youth basketball initiatives, etc. NBA’s booth was basically designed for its visitors to experience the fun of basketball on multiple levels.
On the first day of the show, the outstanding exhibition booth of NBA attracted a large number of visitors and media from all over China. All were able to experience the charm that was the combination of sports and technology. This unique experience has also enabled the visitors to learn more about basketball as a game itself and to know about the important role that the culture of basketball can play in people’s lives.
We here at Shanghai IS Exhibition Services feel very proud until this day to have been given the honor to design and set up the amazing exhibition booth for the NBA. One of our greatest design ideas was the 360-degree immersive basketball experience park area set up at the main entrance of the booth. This turned out to be a great idea since this area was immediately spotted by the masses of visitors entering the exhibition hall. Here is where the audience could also participate in the NBA’s well designed basketball mini games on the IMAX giant screen and LED floor. There was a broad consensus among the visitors that this was indeed one of their best and most interactive experience so far at any exhibition. See you all next time.
